Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using indovital.id. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

What this page covers

How the site may be used, and what it is not

Read this before you rely on anything published here. The short version: IndoVital publishes reading material about men's nutrition and supplement ingredients, and nothing on the site replaces advice from a qualified professional who knows your history.

What you can do

Read every article, print pages for your own reference, and share links or short extracts with attribution to indovital.id.

What the site is not

Not a shop, not a pharmacy, and not a clinic. We do not process orders and we do not give medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.

What is expected of you

Use the site as a reader. Do not attempt unauthorised access, do not submit misleading content through contact forms, and do not scrape at a rate that slows the site for others.

Where to ask

Questions about these terms go to Contact or to [email protected].

The terms in full

Nine clauses, in plain English

Each clause below is separate. If one part does not apply to your situation, the rest still stands. Clause wording stays close to what governs the site, with the practical consequence spelled out next to it.

1. Purpose of the Site

IndoVital publishes educational content about men's nutrition, supplement ingredients, and related lifestyle topics. That includes writing on natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and everyday energy and endurance formulas, alongside notes on healthy lifestyle products and how men's vitamin formulas are built. The site does not sell supplements, does not process orders, and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment services. Nothing published here constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for a specific individual.

2. Use of Content

You may read, print, and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided the source is attributed. Republishing content in full, reselling it, or presenting it as your own is not permitted without written consent. If you quote a passage in a class, forum, or publication, link back to the page you took it from so readers can check the surrounding context. Product names and brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and description only.

3. No Professional Relationship

Reading this site does not create a professional relationship of any kind. We are not your healthcare provider, and we do not know your medical history, your current medication, or your diagnosed conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or combining any supplement, particularly if you take medication or have a diagnosed condition. This applies to every category we write about, including natural capsules for strength and vitality and men's health support products you may have seen elsewhere.

4. Accuracy and Changes

We describe product labels and listings as we find them, and formulations change without notice. Labels get reworked, ingredient sources shift, and a serving size printed six months ago may no longer match what sits on a shelf today. While we take care with accuracy, we do not warrant that every description is current or complete. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice, and we do not maintain a changelog for every edit. Always read the label that ships with the product you actually hold.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, submit unlawful or misleading content through contact forms, or use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others. Bulk copying of articles, whether for a competing site or for a newsletter, needs written permission first. We may restrict access where these terms are breached. Where a form is used in bad faith, we may disregard the message without reply.

6. Third-Party Links and Products

The site may link to third-party pages, including manufacturer sites and retailers, when a formula we are discussing is described at its source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Any purchase you make is between you and the seller, under that seller's terms — including their shipping, returns, and refund rules. A link from this page is a pointer for reading, not an endorsement of a seller's service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions about which popular products for men to look at further. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes relating to the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

9. Changes and Contact

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance, so it is worth re-reading this page after a long gap. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or by post to Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 9, Lubuk Begalung, Padang, 25221, Indonesia. Telephone: +62 751 2344 7101.

Terms questions we actually get

These four come up most often. If yours is not here, the contact details above and on the contact page are the fastest route to an answer.

Can I copy an article for my own newsletter? Republishing

Not in full. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the original page, or summarise the point in your own words and credit indovital.id. Republishing a complete article, or a lightly edited version of one, needs written consent first — send the request to [email protected] and say which page you mean.

Does writing to you create a doctor–patient relationship? Advice

No. A message asking about an ingredient is a reader question, not a consultation. We cannot review your medication list, interpret a blood result, or tell you whether a formula suits you. Take those questions to a qualified healthcare professional who has your history.

A product page in your comparison has changed since I read it. What now? Accuracy

Manufacturers reformulate without warning, which is why clause 4 says we do not warrant a description as current. Trust the label on the pack you are holding. Telling us which page changed helps, and we will correct or remove the description.

Can I link to your site from mine? Linking

Yes, ordinary links are welcome and need no permission. Do not frame the site so that our pages appear inside your own layout, and do not present a link as a partnership or an endorsement unless we have agreed to one in writing.

These terms sit inside a larger set of site documents

The terms govern how you may use indovital.id. Three other pages cover the parts of the site they fit better: how we choose and describe the supplement formulas we write about, how browsing data is handled, and where to send a question that is not about these clauses.

A useful habit before you act on anything you read in this field: check who wrote it, check whether they sell what they describe, and check whether the page names its limits. Those three questions settle most of it.

Before you act on anything here

What to prepare when you ask a professional

If you are weighing a supplement, you will get a more useful answer from a pharmacist or doctor if you bring three things: the exact product name and format, the full ingredient panel as printed on the pack, and a list of everything else you take, including anything prescribed. Photos of the label and the panel are usually enough.

Reading the site

Where the rest of the writing lives

Ingredient notes, head-to-head formula comparisons, and the energy and endurance material all sit on their own pages, and each one is written to be read on its own. Start with the comparison pages if you are choosing between two products, or with the ingredient reference if you only want to know what a name on a label means.
